Blue Island Records is the music recording and publishing arm of Second Stage Creative Arts, a Newfoundland-based company providing support and promotion for the arts. Our record label operates a mobile digital recording studio and presents Canadian musicians who are combining jazz, classical and world folk music to create a new acoustic fusion.

Second Stage Creative Arts offers musicians a full range of management services including career planning, tour development and booking, photography, publicity and promotion and digital sound recording services. We have thirty years experience in producing, mixing and mastering acoustic recordings and in packaging and design of LPs and CDs. Our label's recordings are distributed nationally in Canada through Outside Distribution and digitally worldwide by Festival Distribution.
