On Saturday, September 15th, the Newfoundland and Labrador Musicians' Association will present its third MUSICIANS 4 MUSICIANS benefit concert, honouring and celebrating local musical talent at the D.F. Cook Recital Hall, MUN School of Music in St. John's beginning at 8 PM. This event will help raise operating funds for the association and assist us in our current initiatives, including planning for the August 2008 conference Our Future in Music and our dialogue with club owners and operators about wages and working conditions in local venues.

The lineup of performers for this concert is a who's who of local talent
from folk to rock to local singer-songwriters:

•   Rick Lambe - local songwriter and recording artist performing original songs
•   Denielle Hann - celebrated local singer whose work stretches from folk to rock
•   Chad Murphy Trio - up-and-coming roots rock trio with strong three part vocals
•   The Rosalines - bluegrass-influenced duo with traditional and original songs
•   Allan Ricketts - multi-instrumentalist performing traditional songs and tunes
•   Mark Bragg & Sherry Ryan - well-known local recording artists
